We’d like to reassure you that we have continued to closely monitor developments regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).     We are happy to continue to answer questions and give potential customers further information about our holidays.  We are available for phone support, before and during your holiday.  All guidebooks and maps supplied will be new and remain the property of the customer.  For customers who commence their walk in Kent, we are happy to arrange a face to face welcome meeting by mutual agreement, and subject to any restrictions.


The safety and well-being of our customers and staff is our highest priority.  While we, and our accommodation providers, will take every measure to minimise risk, customers need to recognise that contact with others leads to an increase in likelihood of transmission of the virus.    We are offering the option of a full refund or postponement at the same price (for the same itinerary) if cancellation has to be made due to Covid 19 restrictions imposed in the UK or country of origin.  It may be that if a holiday has to be cancelled abruptly, (e.g cancellation of accommodation at less than 24 hours notice due to lockdown in area of origin) that we would need to pass on any unavoidable costs we have incurred.   We expect our customers to take out personal travel insurance so that they have individual cover should cancellation occur due to self isolating or becoming ill.  

Please note that due to additional requirements, we are unable to offer an information pack and maps for late bookings but will provide advice about what is needed.
